Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented BPSC Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) – Answer Key & Recruitment Support Specialist to support end-to-end exam and recruitment content operations for Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) forestry-related examinations, with a strong focus on answer key publishing workflows, candidate guidance content, and compliance-ready information structuring. This role requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to translate official notices into clear, candidate-friendly updates.
This position is ideal for someone who understands competitive exam ecosystems (e.g., BPSC/IBPS/SSC) and can maintain high editorial standards while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely publication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official sources (BPSC portals, notices, PDFs) for updates related to the Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) exam, including answer key, objections, results, cutoffs, and interview/document verification notices.
- Prepare and publish accurate, well-structured updates for candidates, including important dates, eligibility summaries, and step-by-step instructions (e.g., how to download the answer key, how to submit objections).
- Validate key data points from official notifications (exam dates, fee details, eligibility criteria, selection stages) and ensure consistency across pages and internal records.
- Create clear CTA/link structures (e.g., “Download Answer Key”, “Submit Objection”, “Official Website”) and verify link integrity regularly.
- Coordinate with content, SEO, and engineering teams to ensure pages are formatted correctly, indexed appropriately, and updated promptly.
- Maintain a change log for updates (what changed, source reference, timestamp) to support auditability and reduce misinformation risk.
- Respond to candidate-facing queries (internally routed) by providing accurate guidance based on official documentation, escalating edge cases when needed.
- Support quality assurance checks to prevent duplication, broken links, incorrect dates, or mismatched exam identifiers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required); background in forestry/environmental studies is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years experience in recruitment/exam content operations, education publishing, or government job updates (preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret official notifications and convert them into candidate-friendly summaries without altering meaning.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with dates, eligibility rules, category-wise details, and official terminology.
- Comfortable working with HTML-based editors/CMS; ability to format content with headings, lists, and tables (as needed).
- Basic understanding of competitive exam processes (answer key release, objection window, normalization, final key, results).
- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus for candidate guidance and terminology alignment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines during high-traffic events (answer key/result days).
Benefits
- Competitive salary with performance-based increments.
- Flexible work options (remote/hybrid depending on location and business needs).
- Structured onboarding with checklists and templates for exam/recruitment updates.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact public-interest information that helps candidates navigate official processes.
- Learning support for SEO/content operations, compliance checks, and workflow automation exposure.
- Paid leave and standard benefits as per company policy.
