Position: Assistant (BPSC) — Examination Support / Answer Key Coordination
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to support examination-related operations, including handling written examination workflows, coordinating provisional answer key activities, and assisting candidates with guidance on downloading answer keys and submitting objections within defined timelines. This role requires strong administrative skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate instructions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination for written examinations, including documentation and operational checklists.
- Assist in publishing and communicating provisional answer key updates and related notices.
- Guide candidates on how to access and download answer keys through official links and portals.
- Maintain structured records of serial-number-wise answer key formats and ensure consistency across releases.
- Facilitate the objection/feedback process by tracking submissions, deadlines, and required supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to compile, categorize, and escalate reported discrepancies in answer keys.
- Provide basic support for related exam resources such as syllabus, exam pattern, admit card links, and important notices.
- Ensure that all communications adhere to official timelines, accuracy standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent administrative experience.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, examination operations, customer support, or public-service process coordination (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data (e.g., question/answer serial mapping).
- Comfortable handling deadlines and high-volume candidate queries during exam cycles.
- Good written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Working knowledge of online portals, document management, and standard office tools (spreadsheets, email, web systems).
- High integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to process.
