- Coordinate communication drafts for notifications such as availability updates, schedule reminders, and instruction summaries aligned with official notices.
- Verify completeness and consistency of candidate-submitted information against checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Support documentation control for important links, notices, and reference materials (e.g., syllabus/exam pattern references, previous paper links where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards while handling personal identifiers and candidate records.
- Collaborate with operations teams to keep timelines on track and ensure pre-event formalities are communicated clearly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent; additional certification in office administration/IT support is a plus.
- 1+ year experience in operations support, customer support, documentation, or administrative coordination (recruitment/exam operations experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures without deviation.
