BSSC Graduate Level Exam Results & Score Card Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented BSSC Graduate Level Exam Results & Score Card Coordinator to support end-to-end publishing and verification of examination updates, including final results, score cards, cutoffs, admit card instructions, and important links for candidates. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of exam-related communications across web platforms.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in education/exam operations, content coordination, and structured publishing workflows, with a strong ability to validate dates, links, and candidate instructions.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and publish examination updates such as final results, score cards, cutoffs, mains results, admit cards, and exam notices.
  • Validate critical information including exam names, vacancy counts, exam dates, result status, and mode of exam before publishing.
  • Maintain and update “Important Links” sections (e.g., score card, result PDFs, cutoff notices, official notifications, official website links).
  • Draft and refine candidate-facing instructions for downloading results/admit cards, including required credentials (registration/roll number, DOB/password, captcha, etc.).
  • Ensure all web content is formatted correctly and remains accessible, consistent, and easy to navigate.
  • Perform routine audits to identify outdated links, duplicate content, or inconsistencies (e.g., mismatched dates, repeated headings, incorrect year references).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, tech, compliance) to resolve publishing issues and ensure uptime of critical pages.
  • Track updates from official sources and ensure quick turnaround time for postings.
  • Support basic SEO hygiene for titles, aliases, and tags to improve discoverability of exam updates.
  • Maintain a structured archive of past updates (previous year papers, syllabus links, notices) for reference and reuse.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for candidates with exposure to education administration, examination bodies, or government recruitment updates.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, web publishing, exam/recruitment portals, or editorial coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to verify factual data (dates, vacancies, document names, link destinations).
  • Comfortable working with HTML-based editors/CMS systems and maintaining clean formatting.
  • Ability to write clear step-by-step candidate instructions and communicate updates in a professional tone.
  • Familiarity with common exam workflows: admit cards, results, cutoffs, merit lists, answer keys, and notices.
  • Basic understanding of URL-friendly naming conventions (aliases/slugs) and tagging/category structures.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple updates under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience working with government exam/recruitment terminology (CGL, mains, cutoff, score card, DV, etc.).
