Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical inspections and verification activities as assigned by the department/competent authority.
- Assess compliance with applicable technical standards, guidelines, and departmental procedures.
- Prepare inspection notes, findings, and supporting documentation for review and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during inspections and follow-up actions.
- Support document scrutiny and related administrative tasks as required for departmental processes.
- Perform duties in accordance with government service rules and instructions issued by BTSC/State authorities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board/equivalent institution.
- Technical Qualification: ITI certificate or trade qualification in Machinist / Fitter / Wireman / Electrician from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
- Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years (Male)
- Maximum Age: 40 years (Female UR, BC, EBC Male & Female)
- Maximum Age: 42 years (SC, ST Male & Female)
- Age relaxation as per BTSC rules.
- Ability to participate in the selection process including written examination, document verification, and medical examination.
