Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and supervision of engineering works as per departmental requirements.
- Assist in site inspections, measurement, estimation, and quality checks for assigned projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical records, reports, and documentation related to works and materials.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders for timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure adherence to applicable technical standards, safety norms, and government procedures.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 01 August 2025)
- Maximum Age:
- 37 years (Male)
- 40 years (Female UR, BC, EBC Male & Female)
- 42 years (SC/ST Male & Female)
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per BTSC Junior Engineer recruitment rules.
Educational Qualification (Discipline-wise)
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institution / State Technical Board / University, OR a UGC-approved Deemed University offering the course in non-distance mode.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE recognized institution / State Technical Board / University, OR a UGC-approved Deemed University offering the course in non-distance mode.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE recognized institution / State Technical Board / University, OR an equivalent non-distance mode Diploma from a UGC-established Deemed University.
