Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams in field and administrative environments, ensuring discipline, morale, and performance.
- Plan and execute operational duties in accordance with force directives and applicable laws, rules, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee training, drills, and readiness programs to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage unit-level administration, including duty rosters, logistics coordination, and reporting.
- Support security operations such as internal security, border-related deployments, critical infrastructure protection, and public order support (as applicable to the allotted force).
- Coordinate with senior officers and inter-agency counterparts during deployments and special assignments.

Requirements
