Position: CBSE Board Class 10th & 12th Admit Card Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, student-first professional to coordinate the end-to-end workflow for Class 10th and 12th admit card planning, data verification, publishing support, and stakeholder communication. This role works closely with examination operations, school liaisons, IT/support teams, and helpdesk functions to ensure accurate and timely admit card availability and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate admit card lifecycle activities for Class 10th and 12th examinations, including schedules, checklists, approvals, and release readiness.
  • Support data validation processes (student details, subject mapping, exam center allocation, roll numbers) and ensure consistency across systems and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between schools, examination operations, and technical teams to manage dependencies and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor release timelines and publish status updates for internal stakeholders; escalate risks and blockers proactively.
  • Manage a structured issue-resolution process for admit card errors (name/DOB corrections, subject mismatches, center issues) in accordance with defined policies.
  • Maintain documentation including SOPs, communication templates, audit logs, and incident reports.
  • Support helpdesk operations during peak periods by triaging tickets, analyzing trends, and coordinating bulk resolutions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of personally identifiable information (PII) and examination-related data.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational dashboards (volume metrics, turnaround time, common error categories) and share insights for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in administration, operations, or project coordination is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, education administration, examination support, or customer support (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools (e.g., MS Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs); ability to work with structured data.
  • Comfort working with portals/CRM/ticketing systems and coordinating with IT teams for issue resolution.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with schools, students/parents (via support channels), and internal teams.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, maintain audit trails, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak exam windows, as needed.
