We are seeking a detail-oriented CENTAC JET Admission Coordinator to support end-to-end admission operations for JET-related application and counseling workflows. This role focuses on candidate support, documentation oversight, timeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and compliant admissions experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the admission lifecycle for CENTAC JET, including application intake, document verification support, and counseling readiness.
- Maintain and monitor key dates, deadlines, and process milestones; escalate risks and delays proactively.
- Respond to candidate queries via email/phone/helpdesk channels with accurate, policy-aligned guidance.
- Support creation and updating of admission notices, FAQs, checklists, and candidate communications.
- Assist in validating candidate eligibility and ensuring completeness of submitted information and documents.
- Track application status, discrepancies, and resolutions using spreadsheets/CRM/admission portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, verification, counseling/seat allocation, finance) to ensure process continuity.
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports on applications received, pending issues, and resolution turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, record retention, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Administration/Management preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic administration, customer support, or process coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain procedures clearly and professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets required); comfort working with online portals.
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate data with confidentiality and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to document issues and follow through to resolution.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak admission/counseling periods, as needed.
