Chhattisgarh TET (CGTET) Exam Coordinator / Admissions Support Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented CGTET Exam Coordinator / Admissions Support Specialist to support candidates and internal operations for the Chhattisgarh Teaching Eligibility Test (CG TET) cycle. This role focuses on application support, documentation checks, fee/payment guidance, timeline communication, and candidate query resolution aligned with published schedules (application window, correction period, admit card, exam date, and post-exam updates).

Key Dates (Cycle Reference)

  • Application Window: 13 November 2025 to 08 December 2025 (up to 5:00 PM)
  • Correction Window: 09–11 December 2025
  • Exam Date (Tentative): 01 February 2026
  • Admit Card (Tentative): 23 January 2026

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end candidate support for online application submission, including troubleshooting common form issues and guiding applicants through required steps.
  • Validate candidate documentation and eligibility inputs at a basic level (e.g., education details for Level I/Level II) and escalate exceptions as needed.
  • Assist candidates with fee/payment guidance (debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and other permitted modes) and help resolve payment-related queries.
  • Support correction-window activities by coordinating change requests, tracking corrections, and ensuring timely closure.
  • Maintain accurate logs of candidate interactions, tickets, and resolutions; produce daily/weekly status reports for leadership.
  • Communicate important updates (admit card availability, exam instructions, answer key/result notifications when released) through approved channels.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to report portal defects, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.
  • Ensure communications are compliant, clear, and aligned with official notifications and timelines.
  • Support FAQs and knowledge-base creation for recurring questions (eligibility, dates, process, and post-exam steps).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); relevant experience in admissions/exam operations/customer support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow published rules, timelines, and process checklists.
  • Comfortable working with online forms/portals, spreadsheets, and ticketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).
  • Ability to handle high volumes of candidate queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic understanding of teacher eligibility exams and common educational qualifications is desirable.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak deadlines (last date, correction window, admit card period).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting government/education exam portals or large-scale application processes.
  • Knowledge of common eligibility pathways for primary (Class 1–5) and upper primary (Class 6–8) levels.
  • Experience drafting structured FAQs, email templates, and call scripts.
