Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch banking operations and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships across deposits, loans, and fee-based products.
- Drive business growth through cross-selling of banking and financial products as per customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with SBI policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Support credit processing activities including preliminary assessment, documentation, and coordination.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reporting as required by branch/circle leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet branch targets and service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
- Language: Familiarity with the local language of the applied circle/state is required.
- Age: 21 to 30 years (age relaxation as per SBI rules).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Sound understanding of basic banking concepts, products, and branch processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high standards of integrity and compliance.
- Comfortable using digital banking tools and standard office applications.
