CISF Constable (Tradesmen) – Trade Test & Document Verification (DV) Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Trade Test & Document Verification (DV) Coordinator to support large-scale recruitment and assessment operations for Constable (Tradesmen) candidates. This role focuses on end-to-end coordination of trade tests, physical and venue logistics, candidate communication, and document verification workflow to ensure assessments are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with applicable guidelines.

This position is ideal for professionals experienced in examination operations, recruitment support, or administrative coordination in high-volume environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end operations for Trade Test and Document Verification (DV) events, including scheduling, venue readiness, and resource allocation.
  • Support candidate communication regarding reporting time, venue instructions, required documents, and verification steps.
  • Manage on-ground registration and check-in processes, ensuring identity verification and attendance capture are accurate.
  • Oversee DV desk operations: document checklist compliance, sorting, tagging, and secure handling of candidate records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of recruitment materials and candidate information; enforce access controls and secure storage procedures.
  • Collaborate with venue partners, security teams, and proctoring/assessment staff to ensure smooth candidate flow and crowd management.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, incident logs, and reconciliation summaries (attendance, verification outcomes, exceptions, and escalations).
  • Handle exceptions and escalations (name mismatch, missing documents, eligibility clarifications) in line with defined SOPs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fairness standards, and anti-malpractice measures during all stages of assessment.
  • Support post-event activities including document handover, digitization coordination (if applicable), and archival of records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in examination operations, recruitment coordination, administrative operations, or event/venue management (preferred).
  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to work in high-volume environments and manage queues, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools (spreadsheets, email, web portals) for reporting and record management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to guide candidates clearly and professionally.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during assessment windows, including early reporting hours.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate data and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government/large-scale recruitment drives, admit card/helpdesk operations, or verification desks.
  • Familiarity with SOP-driven processes, audit readiness, and compliance documentation.
  • Local language proficiency relevant to the deployment location.
