Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Eligibility as per Bihar Judicial Services / PCS J rules and applicable notifications.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence law, constitutional principles, and substantive civil laws.
  • Excellent legal drafting skills (orders, judgments, notes, and court documentation).
  • Sound analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and courtroom management capabilities.
