Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university/institution.
• Eligibility as per Bihar Judicial Services / PCS J rules and applicable notifications.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence law, constitutional principles, and substantive civil laws.
• Excellent legal drafting skills (orders, judgments, notes, and court documentation).
• Sound analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and courtroom management capabilities.
• Ability to handle workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
