Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support candidates and internal teams for the UPPSC Civil Judge (PCS J) Mains application and examination lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring accurate guidance, document readiness, timeline tracking, and query resolution related to online forms, admit cards, exam schedules, answer keys, results, and objection workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with government recruitment/examination portals and high-volume information updates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for UPPSC Civil Judge (PCS J) Mains application workflows, including eligibility checks, document verification readiness, and submission guidance.
  • Track and maintain key timelines (application windows, exam dates, admit card releases, answer key and result updates) and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and validating candidate documentation checklists (identity proof, educational certificates, category certificates, photo/signature specifications, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal content/operations teams to publish accurate notices and step-by-step instructions for online processes.
  • Support candidate queries related to form filling, payment issues, login/registration problems, and correction/edit windows as per official notifications.
  • Maintain a structured repository of official links, notices, and downloadable resources (e.g., notifications, exam date notices, question papers, answer keys).
  • Guide users on objection/representation processes for answer keys where applicable, ensuring adherence to official procedures and deadlines.
  • Ensure information accuracy by cross-verifying updates from official sources and maintaining audit-friendly records of changes.
  • Prepare concise internal reports on application status, common issues, and resolution turnaround times.
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards while handling candidate information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required); background in law, public administration, or education operations is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in exam/recruitment support, education operations, customer support, or content operations (preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with competitive exam ecosystems and government commission portals (UPPSC experience is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret official notifications and convert them into clear instructions.
  • Strong written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is highly preferred for candidate communication.
  • Comfortable working with PDFs, spreadsheets, and web-based dashboards; ability to manage multiple concurrent updates.
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries calmly and professionally, with a strong service mindset.
  • High integrity and commitment to accurate, unbiased information sharing.
