Delhi High Court Judicial Service (Preliminary Examination) – Answer Key & Objection Management Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support the publication, communication, and candidate query management related to the Delhi High Court Judicial Service Recruitment Examination, specifically the Preliminary Examination Answer Key workflow. This role focuses on ensuring accurate dissemination of set/shift-wise answer keys, guiding candidates on download steps, and managing the objection submission process within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with PDF documentation and web portals, and able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and process integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end activities for release of the Preliminary Examination answer key, including version control and set/shift-wise mapping.
  • Publish and validate downloadable assets (e.g., PDF answer keys, notices) on designated portals and ensure link accuracy in the “Important Links” section.
  • Provide structured instructions to candidates for downloading the answer key and locating relevant set/shift responses.
  • Support the objection-raising process by maintaining guidelines, timelines, and required documentation standards.
  • Track and log candidate queries related to answer key access, objections, and general examination updates; escalate issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure portal uptime, proper file hosting, and smooth access across devices (including mobile).
  • Assist in preparing status updates (e.g., “Answer Key Available”) and ensure timely communication of subsequent steps (e.g., preparation of preliminary results based on performance).
  • Maintain records of notices, admit card links, notifications, and related exam communications for audit readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and integrity of examination-related materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in administration, public sector processes, or examination management is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, examination support, or customer/candidate support roles (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation (PDFs, notices, link inventories) accurately.
  • Comfortable working with web portals/CMS, link management, and basic troubleshooting for downloads and access issues.
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to draft clear candidate-facing instructions and updates.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to structured processes.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines during exam cycles.
  • Working knowledge of Hindi and English is an advantage for candidate communications.
