Role Overview
Selected candidates will work in discipline-specific functions such as civil works, electrical systems, operations & business development, finance, HR, technology, signalling & telecommunications, and mechanical maintenance. The role may involve site-based execution, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, reporting, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of assigned discipline activities (planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting).
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Assist in preparation and review of technical/operational documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety practices, and organizational procedures.
- Participate in inspections, testing/commissioning support (where applicable), and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation for audits, reviews, and performance tracking.
- For Operations & BD: support operational planning, service coordination, and business processes.
- For Finance/HR/Technology: support departmental processes, systems, and governance requirements.

Requirements
- Age Limit (as on 01-July-2023): 18 to 30 years (upper age relaxation as per rules).
- Location: Anywhere in India (posting as per organizational requirements).
- Education (minimum 60% marks where specified):
- Executive (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Executive (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Executive (Operation & BD): Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Executive (Finance): B.Com.
- Executive (HR): BBA / BMS.
- Executive (Technology): BCA or Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / E&C / Electronics & Tele-Communication / Network (as applicable).
- Junior Executive (Mechanical/Electrical): Class 10 (Matric) + ITI/NCVT in relevant trade.
- Junior Executive (Signal & Telecommunication): Class 10 (Matric) + ITI/NCVT in relevant trade.
- Ability to work in field/project environments and collaborate across teams.
- Basic proficiency in documentation and use of standard office/technical tools (role-dependent).
