Position: Executive Trainee

We are hiring Executive Trainees to join a structured early-career program designed to build future leaders across core business and operational functions. This role offers hands-on project exposure, classroom and on-the-job learning, mentorship, and a clear pathway to transition into an executive-level position upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational training program across assigned business units (e.g., operations, delivery, support functions, sales enablement, or corporate services).
  • Support day-to-day execution of team priorities, including planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist in analyzing business data and preparing dashboards, summaries, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, documenting workflows, and supporting implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Learn and apply organizational policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates to mentors and program managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a recognized university/institute in a relevant discipline (as per program eligibility).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort with basic data handling and reporting; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and relocate/operate from assigned locations if required.
