Responsibilities
- Support core business functions and departmental objectives as assigned during the training period.
- Assist in operational execution, process improvement, and compliance activities relevant to the allotted stream.
- Participate in structured learning, on-the-job assignments, and evaluations as per Exim Bank’s training framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility & Requirements

Educational Qualification (Stream-wise)
- MT (Banking Operations): MBA / PGDCA with Finance OR CA with minimum 60% marks in Graduation (passed/appearing as per notification).
- MT (Digital Technology): BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication OR MCA with minimum 60% marks.
- MT (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory subject at degree level OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as compulsory subject at degree level OR Master’s Degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and English as compulsory subjects at degree level.
- MT (Administration): BE / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering with 60% marks OR Master’s Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management with 60% marks.
