Position: Field Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Clerk to support field operations through accurate data collection, documentation, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, comfortable working in the field as needed, and capable of maintaining records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and record field data (e.g., site information, attendance, inventory, measurements, or survey details) as assigned.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports, registers, and logs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with field staff and office teams to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems; ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly archived.
  • Assist in scheduling field activities, tracking task completion, and following up on pending items.
  • Support basic clerical tasks such as drafting letters, preparing forms, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable guidelines.
  • Report discrepancies or issues identified during data collection or document review to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in clerical, administrative, or field support roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and comfort working with digital documents.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and professional conduct.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle routine tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field assignments as required.
