FMS Answer Key Content Specialist

We are hiring an FMS Answer Key Content Specialist to manage and publish accurate, timely, and well-structured content related to FMS answer keys, exam notices, and candidate guidance. This role focuses on transforming official updates (answer key releases, objection windows, exam dates, and download instructions) into clear, compliant, and user-friendly web content.

You will work closely with editorial and operations teams to ensure every update is correct, searchable, and presented with strong attention to detail. If you are comfortable handling high-volume exam-related content and can maintain accuracy under tight deadlines, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Research, verify, and compile information related to FMS answer keys, including release dates, objection windows, login steps, and official links.
  • Create and maintain structured content pages (e.g., answer key availability status, important dates, vacancy/exam overview, and download instructions).
  • Convert raw source material into clean, readable web copy with consistent formatting and standardized sections.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to publish time-sensitive updates quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Perform quality checks for spelling, formatting, factual accuracy, and compliance with internal publishing standards.
  • Track revisions (e.g., revised answer keys, extended objection deadlines) and update content with clear versioning notes.
  • Support SEO best practices including titles, aliases, tags, internal linking suggestions, and keyword alignment (without compromising clarity).

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content operations, editorial publishing, education/exam portals, or similar high-accuracy content roles.
  • Strong ability to interpret official notices and extract key details (dates, eligibility, steps, and links) without errors.
  • Excellent written English with an eye for clarity, consistency, and formatting.
  • Comfort working with HTML-based editors/CMS (basic HTML knowledge required for headings, lists, and links).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines during peak exam cycles.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets/docs for tracking links, dates, and content status.
  • Ability to follow structured templates and maintain consistent taxonomy (tags/categories).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government exam content (answer keys, admit cards, results, recruitment notices).
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (metadata, keyword intent, internal linking).
  • Familiarity with verifying sources and maintaining audit trails for updates.
  • Ability to write concise Hindi snippets or coordinate bilingual publishing (optional).
