Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch banking operations, ensuring smooth customer service and compliance with internal processes.
- Acquire, manage, and grow customer relationships across savings accounts, deposits, loans, and other banking products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services in line with ethical sales practices.
- Assist with documentation, account opening, KYC/AML checks, and service requests while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Support cross-functional coordination with operations, credit, and service teams to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and audit requirements.
- Participate in training programs and performance reviews as part of the probation period and career development pathway.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (specific eligibility may vary as per the official notification).
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of banking/financial products is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Comfort with targets, relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office/banking systems.
