Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025): Minimum 35 years, Maximum 45 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules/regulations).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian laws, court procedures, and legal drafting.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and judicial temperament.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and produce structured, reasoned decisions.
