We are hiring an HSRP Online Registration Specialist to support end-to-end customer onboarding for High Security Number Plate (HSRP) applications. You will guide applicants through online registration, validate vehicle and owner details, coordinate appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable transport authority processes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with web portals, data entry, and verification workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with HSRP online registration, including form filling, selection of fitment center, and appointment booking.
  • Verify customer-provided information such as vehicle registration details, chassis/engine numbers, owner identity details, and address information as per process requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry in internal systems and third-party portals; maintain high standards of record integrity.
  • Coordinate with fitment centers/partners to confirm appointment slots, manage reschedules, and handle exceptions.
  • Support payment-related queries (status checks, receipt generation, transaction troubleshooting) in line with approved SOPs.
  • Maintain and update application status tracking sheets; prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve registration issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
  • Escalate complex cases (data mismatches, portal errors, compliance concerns) to supervisors/technical teams with complete notes and evidence.
  • Follow compliance and privacy guidelines when handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting recurring issues and suggesting process fixes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: 12th pass; diploma/graduate candidates are welcome.
  • Comfortable working on web-based portals and back-office tools (CRM/ticketing systems, spreadsheets).
  • Strong attention to detail for validating numbers and documents (e.g., RC details, chassis/engine formats).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Customer service mindset with patience and ability to explain steps clearly.
  • Basic computer skills: typing, email, PDF handling, scanning/uploading documents.
  • Ability to work in shifts during peak registration periods (if required).
  • Preferred: prior experience in vehicle documentation, RTO-related services, online application support, or KYC/document verification.
