Position: HSSC CET Group C Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Haryana (Hybrid/Office-based depending on operational needs)

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end operations for large-scale government exam and recruitment workflows aligned with HSSC CET Group C processes. This role focuses on coordinating application timelines, candidate communications, document verification readiness, result-related support, and stakeholder reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with portals, data, and compliance-heavy checklists.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment lifecycle activities for CET Group C-style examinations, including application windows, fee/payment status tracking, admit card communications, answer key/objection workflows, and result announcements.
  • Maintain and publish accurate schedules and notices (e.g., application start/end dates, fee payment deadlines, exam dates, admit card dates, answer key dates, correction windows, and result dates).
  • Support candidate queries regarding login credentials, registration/enrollment details, date of birth validation, and portal navigation for checking results or downloading documents.
  • Assist in preparing and validating documentation checklists for Document Verification and coordination for Medical Examination stages.
  • Track and reconcile application fee categories and exceptions (e.g., category-based fee differences, identity verification constraints such as PPP/Aadhaar availability) and escalate discrepancies.
  • Draft and QA public-facing content such as FAQs, “How to Check/Download Result” instructions, and important link directories (result link, notices, answer key, objection link, admit card link, official website link).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (IT/portal support, operations, communications) to ensure timely updates and minimal downtime during peak traffic periods.
  • Maintain structured records, audit trails, and version control for notices, corrections, and updates to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Prepare daily/weekly status reports covering candidate volume, ticket trends, portal issues, and milestone completion.
  • Ensure all communications follow policy, privacy, and accuracy standards; highlight that official sources supersede third-party summaries where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); strong administrative and coordination background considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, exam administration, admissions operations, or large-scale candidate support (government/education/testing ecosystem preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines (application, fee payment, admit card, answer key, correction window, result publication).
  • Comfortable working with online portals and digital workflows (login-based result retrieval, PDF notices, data exports).
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting instructions, notices, and FAQs in a clear and professional tone.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for tracking, Word/Docs for notices, PowerPoint/Slides for reporting).
  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate data responsibly and follow confidentiality and data protection practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate technical issues with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
  • Hindi/English communication proficiency preferred (spoken and written).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based growth.
  • Structured training on recruitment/exam operations, compliance, and portal workflows.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, large-scale public recruitment processes.
  • Health insurance and statutory benefits as applicable.
  • Paid leave and flexible scheduling during non-peak cycles (subject to business needs).
  • Professional development support (process improvement, documentation, stakeholder management).
