Position: Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/Executive

Overview: We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join as ACIO Grade-II/Executive. This role supports intelligence collection, analysis, field coordination, and secure reporting to help safeguard national interests. The position requires strong analytical ability, discretion, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, evaluate, and analyze information from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence inputs.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports, briefs, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Support field operations through coordination, documentation, and secure communication protocols.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security procedures, data handling standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in background verification, surveillance support activities, and information validation as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely dissemination of intelligence assessments.
  • Maintain records, logs, and case documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in training and skill development related to intelligence tradecraft, analysis, and security compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (or equivalent qualification as per applicable recruitment norms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting reports and summaries.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments, including potential field-related assignments.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with standard office and secure documentation tools.
  • Ability to meet applicable eligibility criteria, verification standards, and selection process requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in analysis, security, investigations, compliance, risk, or related domains.
  • Knowledge of regional languages and cultural context relevant to assigned areas.
  • Experience producing structured reports, briefs, or intelligence-style assessments.
