Position: IBPS Clerk (14th) – Reserve List / Provisional Allotment Support
We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support end-to-end coordination and candidate assistance related to the IBPS Clerk XIV (14th) recruitment lifecycle, including reserve list updates, result navigation, document readiness, and basic computer-based process support. This role is ideal for graduates with strong communication skills and working knowledge of computer systems who can guide candidates through official steps and ensure accurate information handling.
Responsibilities
- Assist candidates in understanding and navigating IBPS Clerk XIV reserve list and provisional allotment information.
- Guide users on required inputs such as Registration Number/Roll Number, Date of Birth/Password, and captcha (where applicable) for accessing official resources.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate queries and resolutions while adhering to data privacy expectations.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for common issues (login problems, document download issues, browser compatibility, etc.).
- Communicate key timelines and updates (prelims, mains, results, reserve list release dates) as per official notifications.
- Ensure all guidance is aligned with official IBPS instructions and does not misrepresent outcomes or guarantees.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team or direct candidates to official IBPS channels when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Computer literacy is mandatory (operating and working knowledge of computer systems).
- Ability to use common tools for documentation and communication (email, spreadsheets, web portals).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain steps in a simple, structured manner.
- Comfortable working with time-sensitive updates and high-volume query periods around result/reserve list dates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, education counseling, or recruitment/exam-related assistance.
- Familiarity with government recruitment processes, admit cards, results, cutoffs, and merit/reserve list concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret official notifications and communicate key points accurately.
