Position: IBPS CRP Clerk XIII (Customer Service Associate / Clerical Cadre)

Requirements

- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computer operations; ability to use office productivity tools and banking/digital systems.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Customer Orientation: Strong service mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.
