Responsibilities
- Translate and/or review translations between English and Hindi for official documents such as reports, letters, notices, and internal communications.
- Create and format bilingual documents independently using MS Word and MS Excel in both Hindi and English.
- Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and adherence to official terminology and style standards.
- Support stakeholders with language-related inputs for communications and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements for translation workflows; exposure to AI-based translation tools is considered an advantage.
Requirements
- Education (Master’s degree from a recognized university) in one of the following combinations:
- Master’s in Hindi with English as a major/elective at graduation level, OR
- Master’s in English with Hindi as a major/elective at graduation level, OR
- Master’s in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi as major/elective and English as medium of examination at degree level, OR
- Master’s in any subject other than Hindi/English with English as major/elective and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level.
- Computer Skills: Competency in operating a computer is mandatory; candidate must be able to type/create translated documents independently in MS Word & Excel in Hindi and English.
- Desirable Experience: 1 year of translation work (English to Hindi and vice versa) in a bank/financial institution, involving reports/documents/letters.
- Added Advantage: Exposure/experience related to development of AI-based tools for translation.

- Minimum Age: 23 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Date of Birth Range: Born not earlier than 02.07.1995 and not later than 01.07.2002 (both dates inclusive)
- Age relaxation applicable as per IBPS recruitment rules.
