Position Overview
We are hiring Specialist Officers (Scale I) through the IBPS Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-XV) for participating banks. This role is designed for professionals with domain expertise across key banking specializations including IT, Agriculture, Rajbhasha, Law, HR/Personnel, and Marketing. Selected candidates will support business outcomes, risk and compliance requirements, customer service excellence, and digital/operational transformation within a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- IT Officer: Support core banking and digital platforms, manage application/infra operations, assist in information security, handle incident/problem management, support audits and compliance, and contribute to technology upgrades and automation initiatives.
- Agricultural Field Officer: Evaluate and support agri/rural lending, conduct field assessments, advise on agri products, monitor portfolio performance, support financial inclusion initiatives, and coordinate with branches for agri business growth.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: Implement official language policy, translate and review documents, support bilingual communications, conduct workshops/awareness programs, and ensure compliance with statutory language requirements.
- Law Officer: Handle legal documentation, support litigation and recovery matters, review contracts and agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, assist in risk mitigation, and coordinate with external counsel and authorities.
- HR/Personnel Officer: Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, policy administration, compliance with labor laws, and coordination of training and engagement programs.
- Marketing Officer: Drive acquisition and cross-sell strategies, support product marketing, analyze market/customer insights, coordinate campaigns, manage channel partnerships, and help improve customer experience and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Age Limit (as per notification reference): 20 to 30 years (age relaxation applicable as per applicable rules).
- Education (by specialization):
- IT Officer: 4-year Engineering/Technology degree or PG degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/Communication/Instrumentation. DOEACC “B” Level also eligible.
- Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary/Dairy/Fishery/Pisciculture/Agri Marketing & Cooperation/Co-operation & Banking/Agro-Forestry/Forestry/Agricultural Biotechnology/Food Science/Agriculture Business Management/Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Agricultural Engineering.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: PG in Hindi with English at graduation level OR PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi at graduation level.
- Law Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate plus 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labor Law.
- Marketing Officer: Graduation plus 2-year full-time MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, professional communication, and the ability to work in a regulated, process-driven environment.
- Integrity, customer-centric mindset, and readiness to work across branches/offices as per business requirements.
