Responsibilities
- Undertake structured on-the-job training as per the apprenticeship curriculum and assigned department/trade.
- Support day-to-day operational and technical activities under the guidance of supervisors/mentors.
- Follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
- Assist in documentation, basic reporting, and maintaining records related to assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate professional conduct, punctuality, and willingness to learn across rotations (if applicable).
- Participate in assessments, evaluations, and any training sessions during the apprenticeship period.
Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 31 December 2024 (relaxation as applicable).
- Educational Eligibility (any one):
- Engineering (Diploma Courses): Class 10 (High School) passed + 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant trade with minimum 60% marks. Passing year: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
- Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Trades: Class 10 (High School) passed + 2-year full-time ITI in relevant trade with minimum 60% marks. Passing year: 2022, 2023, 2024.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Courses: Full-time 3-year B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum 55% marks. Passing year: 2022, 2023, 2024.
- Category-wise minimum marks (as provided):
- SC/ST candidates: Minimum 50% in B.Sc.
- SC/ST candidates: Minimum 55% in ITI exam and Diploma.
- Must be able to clear document verification and medical examination as part of the engagement process.
Stipend (Monthly)
- Diploma: ₹9,200
- ITI: ₹8,050
- ITI (COPA & Welder): ₹7,700
- B.Sc.: ₹10,350
