Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Result & Candidate Support Coordinator to help candidates access, understand, and resolve issues related to the Indian Airforce Agniveer Vayu 02/2026 recruitment results. This role focuses on candidate communications, portal navigation support, documentation guidance, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely updates and a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support to candidates for result-related queries, including login assistance (e.g., registration/enrollment number, date of birth verification, password reset guidance) and troubleshooting common portal issues.
  • Maintain and publish clear, compliant updates regarding result announcements, scorecards, merit lists, interview letters, and next-step instructions (as applicable).
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to validate links, notices, and timelines before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare structured FAQs and help articles explaining how to check results, download scorecards, and interpret key fields (e.g., marks obtained, qualifying status, category details).
  • Track candidate issues via ticketing/CRM tools; categorize, prioritize, and escalate technical or policy-related cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure all communications follow official guidance and avoid misrepresentation; include disclaimers where required.
  • Support document readiness guidance for subsequent stages (e.g., document verification), including checklists and common compliance pitfalls.
  • Monitor candidate feedback and identify recurring issues; propose process improvements to reduce support volume and improve clarity.
  • Maintain records of updates, versions, and approvals for audit readiness and internal reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in candidate support, education services, or examination operations.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is strongly preferred for candidate-facing support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with date-driven timelines, notices, and structured data.
  • Comfortable assisting users with web portals, PDF downloads, and basic troubleshooting (browser issues, caching, login errors).
  • Experience with customer support tools (ticketing systems, email support, chat workflows) is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries calmly and professionally, especially around time-sensitive result announcements.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment/exam lifecycle stages (application, admit card, exam, answer key, result, scorecard, interview, final selection) is an advantage.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy; ability to follow official sources and internal approval processes.
