We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Results & Candidate Support Specialist to manage and support candidate communications and result-related guidance for large-scale examination and recruitment updates. This role focuses on helping users understand result availability, navigating official portals, and ensuring accurate dissemination of exam timelines and instructions (e.g., Phase I result updates, login steps, and official link redirection).
You will work closely with content, operations, and support teams to publish clear updates, maintain information accuracy, and assist candidates in resolving common issues such as login errors, result PDF access, and official website navigation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official updates related to examination results, notices, and candidate instructions; verify authenticity before publication.
- Create and maintain clear step-by-step guidance for candidates to access results (e.g., login requirements such as roll number, password, exam date).
- Publish and update result status pages, ensuring correct metadata (post name, exam date, vacancy count, result availability) and clean formatting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep “Important Links” sections accurate, functional, and aligned with official sources.
- Respond to candidate queries via email, chat, or ticketing system regarding result access, document requirements, and next steps.
- Identify recurring candidate issues (e.g., portal downtime, password reset problems) and propose FAQ improvements.
- Maintain compliance and clarity in public communications; avoid misinformation and ensure proper attribution to official websites.
- Support ongoing content operations such as app download prompts, notification links, and related resource pages (syllabus, previous papers, exam pattern).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in operations, customer support, content operations, or education/recruitment services.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convert complex instructions into simple, user-friendly steps.
- High attention to detail and ability to validate data points such as exam dates, post names, and result status.
- Comfort working with web content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML formatting for publishing (headings, lists, links).
- Ability to manage high-volume updates during peak result/admit-card seasons.
- Familiarity with government exam/recruitment workflows (results, cutoffs, provisional lists, document verification) is a strong plus.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common user issues (browser cache, PDF access, login errors, link redirection).
- Professional integrity and commitment to referencing official sources for all critical updates.
Benefits
- Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.
- Flexible work options (role-dependent) and structured onboarding.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact public information services used by large candidate communities.
- Learning and development support (content quality, operations excellence, and user support best practices).
- Collaborative team environment with clear processes and documentation standards.
