Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training under the guidance of IOCL supervisors/mentors.
- Assist in day-to-day operational, maintenance, laboratory, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or process-related activities (as per allotted trade/discipline).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and refinery compliance requirements.
- Support documentation and reporting activities related to training tasks and assignments.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to IOCL’s workplace policies throughout the apprenticeship period.
Requirements
- Education: ITI, 12th, Diploma, or Degree in the relevant field/trade as per trade-wise eligibility criteria.
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 30 Nov 2025 (relaxation as per rules).
- Fitness: Must be medically fit as per IOCL standards for the respective unit/trade.
- Documentation: Ability to provide original documents for verification, including educational certificates, identity proof, and other required proofs.
- Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in an industrial environment.
