This engagement is intended to provide structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in a large-scale refinery environment.

Responsibilities
- Participate in structured apprenticeship training under designated supervisors and mentors.
- Support day-to-day operations and maintenance activities in assigned refinery departments as per training plan.
- Assist in monitoring, recording, and reporting operational parameters and observations as instructed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and refinery discipline at all times.
- Attend classroom sessions, tool-box talks, and technical briefings as scheduled.
- Maintain training logs, assignments, and documentation required for apprenticeship completion.
- Comply with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, including use of PPE and safe work practices.
Requirements
- Education: ITI, 12th pass, Diploma, or Degree in the relevant field/discipline (as applicable to the apprenticeship category).
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 30 November 2025 (age relaxation as per IOCL regulations).
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an industrial/refinery environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts/rotational schedules as per training and plant requirements (where applicable).
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Must be medically fit as per IOCL standards (medical examination will be part of the process).
