ITBP SI, HC & Constable (Telecom) – PET/PST Admit Card & Recruitment Support

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support candidates and internal stakeholders for the ITBP SI, HC, and Constable (Telecom) recruitment cycle, with a focus on PET/PST admit card coordination, candidate communication, and process compliance. This role ensures accurate guidance, timely updates, and smooth execution of pre-examination and physical test documentation workflows.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in handling recruitment/exam notifications, admit card processes, candidate queries, and documentation verification support in a high-volume environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track PET/PST admit card-related updates, including release timelines, download instructions, and issue escalation.
  • Provide accurate guidance to candidates on PET/PST requirements, reporting instructions, and document checklists.
  • Maintain structured records of candidate communications, common issues, and resolution status.
  • Support verification of candidate details (name, DOB, category, center details) and assist with correction workflows where applicable.
  • Draft and publish clear, compliant updates for web/app channels, ensuring consistency with official notices.
  • Monitor official sources and notifications to ensure information is current and correctly interpreted.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to handle high-volume queries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality while handling candidate information and documents.
  • Prepare basic reports on query trends, turnaround times, and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (preferred); strong candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support, examination support, government job portal operations, or candidate services.
  • Strong understanding of admit card workflows, exam/physical test processes, and common candidate documentation requirements.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred), with the ability to simplify complex instructions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with structured data (spreadsheets, ticketing tools, CRM).
  • Comfortable working under deadlines during peak release periods (admit card/PET-PST schedules).
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CMS publishing is a plus.
  • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and ethical handling of candidate data.
