- Roles: ITI Trainee / Diploma Engineer Trainee
- Location: Ranchi
- Total Openings: 100 (ITI Trainees: 65; Diploma Engineer Trainees: 35)
- Training Stipend: ITI Trainee: Rs. 6000/-; Diploma Engineer Trainee: Rs. 8000/-
- Selection Process: Written Test and Interview
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training aligned with the assigned trade/discipline.
- Assist in shop-floor/plant operations, fabrication, machining, assembly, maintenance, or related engineering activities as applicable.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines.
- Support supervisors and engineers in routine production/maintenance tasks and documentation.
- Learn and apply basic industrial practices such as tool handling, measurement, inspection, and reporting.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and training records as required by the program.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- ITI Trainee: Passed HS examination and possess ITI in relevant trade from an SCVT/NCVT recognized institute.
- Diploma Engineer Trainee: Diploma of Engineering in relevant discipline.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit: 28 years (as on 01-03-2017).
- Age relaxation: As per applicable rules.
