Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support candidates and internal teams with end-to-end exam lifecycle operations for the JSSC Lady Supervisor (JLSCE) 2023 process, with a focus on admit card workflows, candidate communications, documentation readiness, and issue resolution. This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and customer support—ensuring accurate information delivery, smooth candidate experience, and adherence to examination protocols.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with structured processes, handling sensitive candidate data, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate exam updates (e.g., admit card availability, exam dates, instructions, and helpdesk responses).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor admit card lifecycle activities, including availability checks, candidate guidance, and escalation of technical issues.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via email/phone/chat/ticketing systems related to admit cards, exam city details, exam instructions, and document requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for exam communications (admit card download steps, troubleshooting, FAQs).
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot portal/login issues, download errors, and data mismatches.
  • Validate candidate-reported discrepancies (name, roll number, photo/signature, category, exam center details) and route corrections through defined workflows.
  • Support document verification readiness by communicating required documents, acceptable formats, and timelines to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports (ticket trends, resolution time, common issues, escalation outcomes) to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements when handling candidate information.
  • Assist in publishing timely updates (admit card notices, exam instructions, important links) across web pages and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with operations teams during peak periods (admit card release, exam week) to ensure coverage and rapid issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience in operations/support roles.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, exam operations, government exam portals, or service delivery (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).
  • Comfortable explaining step-by-step processes (e.g., how to download an admit card, how to check exam details, what to do if details are incorrect).
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; ability to maintain trackers and generate basic reports.
  • Experience with ticketing tools/CRMs (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOPs under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries during peak notification periods.
  • Basic understanding of online application/exam workflows (registration/login, PDF downloads, OTP/email verification) is preferred.
