Responsibilities
- Perform role-specific duties aligned to the assigned position (e.g., engineering leadership, architectural support, CAD drafting, documentation control, horticulture, transport coordination, office maintenance, and administrative support).
- Support project execution and operational readiness through coordination, reporting, and adherence to organizational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the department and project standards.
- Participate in interviews/selection processes and comply with KMRL policies and timelines.
Requirements
- General Manager: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; maximum age 55 years.
- Junior Architect: Graduate in Architecture; maximum age 25 years.
- Auto CAD Operator: Diploma in Auto CAD; maximum age 35 years.
- Document Controller: Diploma/Degree in any discipline; maximum age 35 years.
- Horticulturist: B.Sc. in Agricultural Science/Horticulture; maximum age 35 years.
- Transport Assistant: 10th pass with LMV license; maximum age 35 years.
- Transport Coordinator: 10+2 pass with LMV license; maximum age 35 years.
- Office Maintainer: SSLC pass with LMV license; maximum age 30 years.
- Tool Crib Cum Office Attendant: Maximum age 30 years.
- Liaison Assistant: Graduate in Commerce with computer proficiency; maximum age 40 years.
- Support Staff (PWD): Degree/Diploma in any discipline; maximum age 40 years.
- Peon/Attender (PWD): SSLC completed; maximum age 35 years.

Compensation
