Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) is hiring Local Bank Officers (LBO) to support branch banking operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth across assigned locations. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
Age: 20 to 30 years (age relaxation as per applicable regulations/policies).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Basic understanding of banking products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
Comfort with computers and digital tools used in banking operations.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and support branch growth initiatives.
Ability to clear the selection process as applicable, which may include an Online Examination, Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and Personal Interview.
