Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
- Age: 20 to 30 years (age relaxation as per applicable regulations/policies).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of banking products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Comfort with computers and digital tools used in banking operations.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and support branch growth initiatives.
- Ability to clear the selection process as applicable, which may include an Online Examination, Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and Personal Interview.
