Position: Management Trainee (MT) – Answer Key & Exam Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Trainee (MT) – Answer Key & Exam Support professional to assist in the end-to-end coordination of recruitment examination deliverables, including answer key publication support, candidate communication, objection window coordination, and documentation control. This role is ideal for candidates who are process-driven and comfortable working with high-volume, time-sensitive public-facing information.
Responsibilities
- Support the lifecycle of recruitment examination communications, including answer key announcements, timelines, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate and publish discipline/category-wise answer keys in PDF or portal-based formats.
- Maintain structured records of exam events (e.g., exam dates, post names, vacancy counts, status updates) for accurate public communication.
- Assist in managing the objection/representation process by tracking submissions, ensuring adherence to prescribed channels, and compiling reports for review.
- Prepare and update “Important Links” sections (answer key, admit card, notification, official website) ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform quality checks on content prior to publishing (typos, broken links, incorrect dates, mismatched post names).
- Respond to basic candidate queries using approved templates and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure compliance with information governance standards, including version control and audit-ready documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Administration, HR, Public Administration, or related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, exam coordination, publishing support, or administrative roles (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable handling structured data such as exam schedules, vacancy tables, and status trackers.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and basic PDF handling.
- Clear written communication skills for public-facing updates and candidate instructions.
- Ability to follow defined processes (e.g., “objections accepted through link only; no other mode accepted”) and ensure consistent messaging.
- Integrity and discretion when working with sensitive recruitment-related information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government/public sector recruitment communications or exam portals.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and link management.
- Familiarity with grievance/objection handling workflows.
