We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Mandi Parishad Sachiv Grade II, supporting the administration and operations of agricultural market committees and related regulatory functions. This position involves coordination with stakeholders, maintaining records, supporting market governance, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of mandi/market committee operations, including scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day support.
  • Maintain and update official records, registers, files, and reports related to market activities, fees, and compliance.
  • Support implementation of policies, circulars, and directives issued by the competent authority.
  • Coordinate with traders, farmers, commission agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth market functioning.
  • Help prepare documentation for audits, inspections, meetings, and periodic reviews.
  • Assist in monitoring market processes and reporting issues, irregularities, or operational risks to supervisors.
  • Contribute to transparency and service delivery by ensuring accurate data handling and timely communication.
  • Perform other assigned duties aligned with the role and organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, Science, Commerce, Economics, or Agricultural Economics (or equivalent as per applicable eligibility norms).
  • Exam/Eligibility: Valid UPSSSC PET 2023 score card/qualification as applicable for eligibility.
  • Age: 21 to 40 years (age relaxation as per applicable recruitment rules).
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and basic computer applications is preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in selection stages such as written examination, interview (viva-voce), document verification, and medical examination as required.
