Position: Marketing Representative
Number of Vacancies: 35 (UR-20, OBC-08, SC-05, ST-02)

Pay Scale: Rs. 9500-19500/- per month
Responsibilities
- Promote and market fertilizers and related agricultural products to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, cooperatives, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations to drive awareness and adoption.
- Support sales planning and execution in assigned territories, including demand generation and market development.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, farmer preferences, and regional trends.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Prepare periodic reports on field activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable guidelines during marketing and outreach activities.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture from a recognized university.
- Age Limit (as on 30-04-2017): Not more than 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 05 years; OBC: 03 years (as applicable).
- Willingness to work in field-based roles and travel extensively as per business needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for farmer and partner engagement.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and coordination is preferred.
