Position: MH CET Answer Key Content Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented MH CET Answer Key Content Specialist to manage and publish accurate, timely, and user-friendly updates related to MH CET answer keys, exam notices, and candidate guidance. This role focuses on converting official updates into clear web content, maintaining structured “Important Links” sections, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and readability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official portals and trusted sources for MH CET answer key releases, objection windows, result notices, and related announcements.
- Create, edit, and publish MH CET answer key pages with clear instructions for downloading answer keys and submitting objections.
- Draft structured content sections such as Important Dates, Vacancy/Exam Details (when applicable), Status, and How to Download steps.
- Maintain and validate “Important Links” (official websites, answer key links, objection forms, notifications, login/registration pages) and ensure they remain current.
- Ensure content accuracy for fields such as exam date, mode of exam, availability status, and procedural steps for candidate login (registration number/roll number, DOB/password, captcha, etc.).
- Optimize content for search intent (e.g., “MH CET Answer Key”, “MH CET answer key objection”, “download answer key”) while maintaining editorial integrity.
- Apply consistent formatting, taxonomy, and tagging for discoverability across the site.
- Coordinate with operations/tech teams to resolve broken links, page issues, or urgent updates.
- Maintain a revision log and update pages as new information becomes available (revised keys, final keys, objection outcomes).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in web content writing/editing, preferably in education/exam updates, government notifications, or similar high-accuracy domains.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information from official sources.
- Comfortable working with HTML-based editors and publishing tools (CMS experience preferred).
- Ability to write clear step-by-step instructions for candidates and general audiences.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (titles, headings, internal linking, keyword intent) without compromising factual accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight timelines, especially around exam events and answer key release windows.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across editorial and technical teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Indian entrance exams (MH CET and related state/national exams) and common candidate workflows (login, objections, downloads).
