Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post. Selected candidates may be assigned duties such as:

• Providing clinical, therapeutic, or rehabilitative services as per role requirements (e.g., Physiotherapy, Clinical Psychology).
• Supporting patient care services through social work interventions and counseling (Medical Social Worker / Psychological Social Worker).
• Performing statistical analysis, reporting, and data handling for departmental needs (Assistant Statistical Officer).
• Managing hospital operations, administration workflows, documentation, and compliance activities (Assistant Hospital Administrator / Hospital Assistant/Manager / Sub-Registrar).
• Conducting laboratory/biochemistry-related work as applicable and maintaining required records and standards (Biochemist / related roles).
• Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to applicable rules and protocols.

Eligibility & Requirements

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per MPESB rules.

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

• Medical Social Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology / Medical Social Work / M.S.W. from a recognized university.
• Assistant Statistical Officer: Second-class graduate degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics from a recognized university.
• Psychological Social Worker: Second-class graduate degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
• Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Madhya Pradesh Paramedical Council.
• Clinical Psychologist: Master’s degree in Psychology with one year of hospital experience.
• Assistant Hospital Administrator: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management with one year of relevant experience.
• Biochemist: M.M.L.T. (Biochemistry) or MLT/Biochemistry with D.M.L.T. or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry, and registration with the Medical Council (as applicable).
• Hospital Assistant/Manager (Role 1): M.M.L.T. or MLT/Biochemistry with D.M.L.T. or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry.
• Sub-Registrar: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management with one year of hospital administration experience.
• Hospital Assistant/Manager (Role 2): Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management or MBA (HR) with three years of academic/managerial experience in a hospital setting.
