Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post. Depending on the role, selected candidates may be expected to:

Provide professional services in healthcare, psychological care, physiotherapy, social work, statistics, or hospital administration.
Support departmental operations through documentation, reporting, data handling, and compliance with applicable procedures.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service delivery and institutional goals.
Maintain professional standards, ethics, and applicable regulatory requirements for the role.

Requirements

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation applicable as per MPESB rules.

Educational Eligibility (Post-wise)

Medical Social Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Medical Social Work/MSW from a recognized university.
Assistant Statistical Officer: Second-class graduate degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics from a recognized university.
Psychological Social Worker: Second-class graduate degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Madhya Pradesh Paramedical Council.
Clinical Psychologist: Master’s degree in Psychology with 1 year hospital experience.
Assistant Hospital Administrator: Master’s in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management with 1 year relevant experience.
Biochemist: MMLT (Biochemistry) or MLT/Biochemistry with DMLT or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry; registration with the Medical Council as applicable.
Hospital Assistant/Manager (Role 1): MMLT or MLT/Biochemistry with DMLT or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry.
Sub-Registrar: Master’s in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management with 1 year hospital administration experience.
Hospital Assistant/Manager (Role 2): Master’s in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management or MBA (HR) with 3 years academic/managerial experience in a hospital setting.
