Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the respective post. Key qualifications include (post-wise):

Medical Social Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Medical Social Work, or M.S.W. from a recognized university.
Assistant Statistical Officer: Second-class graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics from a recognized university.
Psychological Social Worker: Second-class graduate degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Madhya Pradesh Paramedical Council.
Clinical Psychologist: Master’s degree in Psychology with one year of hospital experience.
Assistant Hospital Administrator: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management with one year of relevant experience.
Biochemist: M.M.L.T. (Biochemistry) or MLT/Biochemistry with D.M.L.T. or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry; registration with the Medical Council (as applicable).
Hospital Assistant/Manager: M.M.L.T. or MLT/Biochemistry with D.M.L.T. or Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry (as applicable to the role).
Sub-Registrar: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management with one year of hospital administration experience.
Hospital Assistant/Manager (Senior/Managerial): Master’s degree in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management or MBA (HR) with three years of academic or managerial experience in a hospital setting.
