Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post and department. Typical duties may include:

Performing role-specific technical tasks in engineering, laboratory, healthcare, supply, inspection, or IT support functions.
Maintaining accurate records, registers, reports, and documentation as per departmental standards.
Supporting field operations, inspections, measurements, sampling, testing, and compliance activities where applicable.

Requirements

Eligibility differs by post. Examples of qualifications listed in the notification include:

Junior Silk Inspector / Field Officer: Bachelor’s in Biology/Agriculture + knowledge of computer operation.
Biomedical Engineer: B.E. (Biomedical) + 1 year experience in a 300-bed hospital.
Occupational Therapist Technician / Occupational Therapist: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy + valid registration (MP Allied Council); experience may be required for some roles.
Sanitation Inspector: B.Sc. + Diploma in Sanitation from a recognized institution.
Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Relevant engineering degree (Master’s preferred in specified public/environmental/sanitary or relevant fields).
Lab Technician (Science): First-class Bachelor’s degree in science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sciences (as applicable).
Inspector (Weights & Measures): B.Sc. with Physics or B.Tech/Engineering or Diploma in Engineering + 3 years professional experience.
Junior Supply Officer: B.Sc. with Physics or Diploma in Technology/Engineering + Hindi proficiency.
Biochemist: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Biochemistry.
Statistician: Graduate degree in Statistics + 1 year experience as Statistician in a recognized Govt/Private Medical College/Hospital.
Assistant Programmer: B.E. (CS) / MCA / M.Sc. (CS) with 60% marks.
Data Entry Operator: BCA / B.Sc. (CS) / Graduate with PGDCA (50% marks).
