Position Overview

Selected candidates will support day-to-day administrative and office operations, including documentation, computer-based work, clerical processing, and (where applicable) stenography/typing duties. The recruitment is conducted via a combined test with a defined exam pattern and selection workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative support tasks such as filing, record maintenance, and document processing.
• Handle computer-based office work including data entry, drafting, formatting, and printing documents.
• Assist in office correspondence and coordination with internal teams and departments.
• For stenography/typing roles: provide typing/stenography support as per post requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling official records and communications.
• Support routine office operations and any additional duties assigned by the department/office.

Requirements

• Education: Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board in India.
• Computer Qualification: Must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Computer.
• Age Limit (as on 01 January 2024): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per MPESB rules).
