Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support including file handling, record maintenance, and office coordination.

Requirements

• Education: Must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2).
• Computer Qualification: Must hold a 1-year computer diploma/certificate.
• Typing/CPCT: Must have cleared MP CPCT with Hindi typing 20 WPM and/or English typing 30 WPM (as applicable to the post).
• Stenography (Hindi Stenographer): Shorthand speed of 100 WPM from a recognized body (where applicable).
• Age Limit (as on 01 January 2024): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per MPESB/government rules).
• Ability to work with accuracy, meet deadlines, and follow government office procedures.
