Role Overview
Selected candidates will support day-to-day banking operations, customer service delivery, sales and relationship management, compliance, and/or specialist functions based on the role. The hiring process includes a written examination followed by subsequent selection stages as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and accurate customer service at branches and/or through assigned banking channels.
- Handle routine banking operations including account services, cash/clearing support (as assigned), and service requests.
- Support sales and cross-selling of banking products in line with bank policies and customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints within defined turnaround times.
- For PO roles: participate in structured learning, branch operations exposure, and relationship-building activities as part of probation.
- For SO roles: perform domain-specific responsibilities (e.g., IT systems support, risk, law, finance/accounting) as per assignment and specialization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and service delivery.
Requirements
- Education (Clerk/CSA): Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any recognized stream from a recognized university/institute. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of Hindi & English is preferred.
- Education (PO): Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India (or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government).
- Education (SO): Full-time/regular Graduate Degree / MBA / Master Degree from a university recognized by the Government (role-specific specialization may apply).
- Age Limit (as on 30 November 2025):
- CSA/Clerk, PO & IT Officer: 21–32 years
- Manager IT / Manager Risk (Grade-II): 25–35 years
- CA / Manager-Law (Grade-II): 25–40 years
- Age relaxation as per Nainital Bank recruitment rules.
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and integrity.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow established procedures.
